I choose Happiness ?

Last updated on:

It can happen that we put certain things before our personal happiness. It can be a job, friends, extra-professional or school activities, etc….

For a long time I just "ignored" the notion of my personal satisfaction with the pretext that other things didn't leave room for it.

After going through phases of intense doubts, questioning and burnout, I understood that it is useless to neglect one's well-being to the detriment of other activities and/or people; to which one could not even devote oneself without being "good".

So, here I am. For some time now,

I chose happiness.

While searching for the featured image of this post, I was thinking of my friend Karolle who is a BIG sunflower ? fan. And so positive and optimistic.

I'm very lucky to know you, Karolle. Thank you.
